I'd never been to the area but I knew the waves would be playful size and i just needed a getaway to some good waves. I ended up connecting with my friend Carlos who is a well-respected photographer from the area.

I set up the camera for a few sessions during the Hurricane Erin swell. I can't remember a better surf-positioned tropical storm than this one in recent years, but Central Florida got the goods for more than 10 days straight...
