I decided to make a run down to Horseneck Beach recently. Having missed nearly all of Hurricane Earl swell being on vacation, I just wanted to surf, nevermind the hard winds. Fiona delivered some overhead gems that were not going to trickle into my beach up north, so it was well worth the drive. The wind was a problem, but manageable. I hope you're surfing where you are!
