The ULTIMATE post-surf grind: Buffet Eggs from the Whole Foods Market . I can get them fresher if I surf the dawn patrol. After 9am they start to get a bit crusty.
I'm not exactly sure how many eggs there are in a pound of scrambled buffet eggs, but it's just the right amount... just stay away from the buffet bacon.
